Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your Services with Us at any time. Cancelation terms are outlined in full within your membership agreement.

We will process your cancellation effective your next billing cycle as outlined in your membership agreement and you will not be charged further for the requested cancelled Services provided by Us. There may be independent 3rd party goods and services that are not provided by Us; that would also need to be cancelled independently by contacting the appropriate 3rd party.

Conditions for Refunds and Returns

We do not provide refunds or returns on Services we provided to You that have already been used. This includes but is not limited to your NEST Plus Inc. membership and membership add-ons and packages. This non-refundable policy applies to the term of your membership agreement.

The Activation Fee as outlined in detail upon registration is non-refundable.
